At the core are platform-agnostic design tokens (color, type, spacing, motion) that compile cleanly into code (Tailwind/SCSS/Style Dictionary), plus accessible, versioned components documented in Storybook. System Architecture, Tooling, and Delivery
We start with an audit of your current UI, flows, and codebase, then define a token schema (core/semantic/alias) and component taxonomy aligned to your product roadmap. In Figma, we ship structured libraries with autolayout, variants, and variables; in code, we publish versioned packages with Storybook docs, automated accessibility checks, visual regression tests, and CI/CD for safe releases. The pipeline supports React/Next, Vue/Nuxt, Web Components, WordPress/Gutenberg blocks, and mobile (React Native/Flutter) with platform-specific adapters. We plan for theming (light/dark/brand), RTL, and motion guidelines; we also integrate analytics to see which components drive usage, speed, and quality improvements.
